Knowing how to delegate effectively can significantly streamline a manager’s workload and decrease the turnaround time of a project. This workshop introduces a three-part model that gives managers the skills needed to delegate responsibility while overcoming barriers and motivating staff members.
This course benefits managers with a desire to strengthen their delegation skills. It is highly interactive and experiential, as group exercises are used to reinforce learning.

- Determine the most effective way to delegate to different behavioural styles
- Identify and overcome barriers to delegating
