Module 4: Interpersonal skills
At the end of this session participants will be able to:

  • Critique a feedback session between and a team member and a manager and determine:
    •  the impact to the relationship
    • how the manager could have handled this more effectively
  • Discuss a four-step model to ensure that your feedback is effective and respectful
  • Determine how to build resilience 

Module 5: Self-Management
At the end of this session participants will be able to:

  • Identify strategies in relation to:
    • self-engagement
    • managing stress
    • staying focused at work
