Virtual Team Builders reserves the option to cancel those courses which do not meet the minimal enrollment requirements. Should courses need to be cancelled, Virtual Team Builders will assist participants with rescheduling . If those courses cannot be rescheduled the participant will be reimbursed.
RESCHEDULING COURSES & REIMBURSEMENTS
Should a participant be unable to attend their scheduled session:
- The participant will be permitted to attend the same course at a different time at no charge.
- The participant will be allowed to let a colleague, from the same company, attend the course, as long as it has not begun.
Once the material for the class has been distributed a refund will not be granted for the class. If the material has not been distributed and it is four months prior to the start of the class a full refund will be given. Refunds will not be granted after that.
Virtual Team Builders requests that participants make an effort to attend all planned classes; however, it is understood that classes may be missed as a result of unforeseen circumstances. If a class is missed the participants are required to complete a “make-up” assignment which will entail viewing the recording of the missed class and answering a series of questions.
Should more classes be missed than the program permits, Virtual Team Builders will assist the participant with finding another session presently under way or coming up.
