The Role of the Producer
In this course, you will develop technical and communication skills to ensure a seamless online event. Attendees will learn best practices to effectively support, communicate with, and maintain norms of behavior with learners and facilitators before, during and after the session.

In this course the participants will learn to:

  • Demonstrate how to leverage the tools in an online session
  • Brainstorm norms of behavior for the producer and trainer 
  • Effectively Communicate with learners and facilitators in the virtual classroom

Troubleshooting Technology Problems
This course will prepare you for the full range of Producer duties, from supporting a small virtual workshop complete with breakout rooms to live webinars with hundreds of attendees. You will learn how to manage technical issue, create a effective backup plan, and ensure you create an environment where technology challenges do not impact the learner experience.

In this course the participants will learn to:

  • Deal with technical issues behind the scenes
  • Minimize technical issues during a session
  • Create a back-up plan
  • Create a safe environment for learners regardless of their comfort level with the technology

Produce Back Session
In this course you will gain practical experience by acting as a Producer during on online session conducted by Virtual Team Builders, putting your knowledge and new found skills into practice.

In this course the participants will:

  • Sharpen their producer skills
  • Practice real-time Producing for an online session which will be recorded
  • Review and assess the recording and conduct an evaluation
  • Receive feedback and coaching
