live on-line learning

On-line learning is a massive and increasing industry. Live learning has a key place in learning, but there’s no escaping the benefits and budget-pressures that make online and hybrid programs the new normal. Are you ready to bring large sets of content to the online environment in a way that ensures the same results, or better? Do you know the best of the best in strategies and techniques to get remote learners engaged right from the start? And then, as a final dose of reality, are you absolutely confident managing all the technical moving parts when one of them stops moving?

There are a number of ways you can work with us. We can:

  • convert your current face-to-face content to live online delivery
  • teach your Instructional design team the principles to convert your face-to-face content to live online delivery
  • instruct your contract trainers to train online
  • train the content to your employees instead of your contract trainers having to conduct the sessions
  • provide you with a Producer for your online sessions (technical back-up person)
  • train your team or your consultants to act as a producer

Making Your Online Learning Stick-2-hour online session 2-hour online session

All too often, a webinar leads to a one-way event with the speaker addressing the audience and limited audience interaction. It doesn’t have to be this way. A webinar can be just as interactive as a face-to-face session; you just have to know how to carry it out.
