Her work spans over 15 years, and she has had the pleasure of working with leaders throughout Canada, the U.S and Europe from many Fortune 500 companies in the financial service areas, hi-technology, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, loyalty, property management/development, retail, manufacturing, as well as government organizations.
Marie-Claude contributes to leadership development with her own diversified business experience. Indeed, Marie-Claude assumed a leadership role early in her career when she launched the Montreal office of an international company specializing in developing and marketing business conferences for executives, and became the General Manager. Always looking for innovation, she worked in Silicon Valley in the high tech industry after completing her MBA, and launched her consulting and training career in San Francisco to further pursue it in Montreal. Marie-Claude holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, an MBA from UCLA and Is trained as a coach from the Coaches Training Institute and the Neuroleadership Group. She Is accredited PCC by the ICF. She Is a volunteer Team Lead for EthicalCoach. Marie-Claude lives in Montreal with her husband and daughters.
Luke Chiaruttini is an experienced digital producer, working in virtual classrooms to help to deliver hundreds of programs since 2015. He has expertise in managing technology in Adobe Connect & WebEx platforms, connecting users on the audio bridge, demonstrating platform tools, troubleshooting user issues, co-presenting course materials alongside the facilitator. He is passionate about working closely with facilitators to create a welcoming training environment where participants feel at ease and ready to learn. Luke’s personal activities include managing a small music venue, recording music his friends and hunting down the best vintage clothing deals.

Christine has designed, delivered, and evaluated courses for business students, including undergraduate courses, professional development course series, and certification programs.Notable achievements include managing a blended modality (combining online and in-class sessions) Business Analysis course series for Ryerson University, and, working with another Master Training, delivering the inaugural program on Enterprise Analysis at the BA/PM World conference.This course was received so enthusiastically that it was expanded and is currently being delivered at seven universities across Canada.
Christine has an extensive background in business,from working as a Project Leader at IBM to founding an HVAC-R company which has recently branched out into sustainable technologies such as solar and wind. She also owns a manufacturing business that distributes baseboard radiators across Canada and the U.S. She is a certified Synchronous Trainer who teaches, facilitates, and consults with various educational organizations, including the University of Toronto, Ryerson University, and York University’s Schulich Executive Education Centre. She regularly writes articles and presents at conferences on topics related to Adult Education, optimal learning environments, and learning styles of adult learners.
When not looking after her husband and four children, her yellow lab, or her thoroughbred horse, Christine is an active member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Mental Health Association in Durham Region, promoting awareness of mental health issues and helping to build an accepting and compassionate community in which all members can reach their full potential.
