Always looking for innovation, she worked in Silicon Valley in the high tech industry after completing her MBA, and launched her consulting and training career in San Francisco to further pursue it in Montreal. Marie-Claude holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, an MBA from UCLA and Is trained as a coach from the Coaches Training Institute and the Neuroleadership Group. She Is accredited PCC by the ICF. She Is a volunteer team Lead for EthicalCoach. Marie-Claude lives in Montreal with her husband and daughters.

I have been in the training and Virtual Event Producer environment since I received my BS in Instructional Technology from Chico State in 1996. I created/delivered training and 3d animations for the Air Force with my time at Lockheed Martin. I obtained a certificate for 3D animation using Lightwave while I was at Lockheed. With this certificate, I added graphics for the training programs and proposals that we created. I joined WebEx as a Technical Trainer and helped create/deliver the training for our customers that used WebEx. We also supported online events as Producers supporting the entire WebEx suite. As a Virtual Event Producer, I help consult the presenters, run dry runs and then produce the final Event. I live in Pollock Pines California with my wife Sandy and our two kids Zach and Emily.
