Make Your Online Learning Stick (2 hours)
All too often, a live on-line session is one-way event with the speaker addressing the audience and limited audience interaction. It doesn’t have to be this way. It can be just as interactive as a face-to-face session; you just have to know how to carry it out.
Jump start your online training sessions with a purpose beyond asking participants to sit and listen. Get and keep your participants involved and engaged in their learning as soon as they come online by beginning your training with interaction, purpose and collaboration. In this session we will show you how to deliver meaningful, impactful content in an engaging way as soon as your attendees join the session.
Post Session Support (1 hour)
The single most fundamental question we need to ask at the end of the session is; have the participants in our training program applied what they’ve learned.
If we want our learners to retain what was taught to them, the most effective way is by “doing the real thing” beginning with a customized post-training assignment and culminating 30 days later with a one-hour webinar where they will have the opportunity to share their learnings about what worked and what didn’t work and ask any outstanding questions they may have.
