Claire Sookman knows how to work in today’s virtual environment. She has been coaching, training and advising virtual teams to success long before virtual teams were trendy. For more than 30 years she has helped companies stay ahead of the curve by offering solutions to workplace challenges, providing leadership the resources they need to succeed, increasing employee engagement, while allowing for continued connection and enhanced learning experiences.

Her company, Virtual Team Builders, continues to be the leader in virtual team success and has helped more than 200 private and public-sector organizations improve efficiency and effectiveness. Many of Virtual Team Builders clients’ include large financial institutions, government ministries and agencies, and health service organizations, to name a few.

Claire is a published author, having written for CIO magazine, Computer World, and the Training Report, as well as having produced a variety of e-books and videos. She holds a BA in Psychology from Concordia University in Montreal, a Master Trainer Certification from Langevin Learning and a Synchronous Facilitation and Design Certification.
